Enjoy complimentary express delivery and premium packaging with every purchase at A Gleadall Jewellery. All orders are shipped exclusively through Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Currently we are only able to accept orders to addresses within the United Kingdom

Returns & Refund Policy

At A Gleadall Jewellery Ltd, we understand that sometimes purchases made through distance selling regulations may not meet your expectations. That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy for a full refund (excluding shipping charges). If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by email or phone within 14 days of receiving the item and we will arrange a return. To ensure a smooth and efficient return process, please make sure that the item is:

  • Securely packaged in its original box
  • Sent with a tracked and insured delivery method
  • In the same condition as it was dispatched
  • Unaltered, untampered, and free from damage Don’t forget to include your sales receipt with the returned item. We will process your return within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the item. You will receive an email confirming receipt and completion of the refund.
  • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • In the unlikely event of a lost package, we will not issue a refund until 40 days after the date of posting.

Returns or exchanges on bespoke, customized engraved, worn, used, altered, or damaged items will not be processed.

Resizing

At A Gleadall, we offer free resizing for most of our rings with a turnaround time of the next working day to a maximum of a week. Please note that after the ring has been resized, a refund is not possible but exchanges for resized items are welcome.
